We administer Intravenous antibiotics for severe infections. This is done in the clinic to prevent a hospital admission. This usually does not cost extra as it’s funded if the patient meets the criteria.
Intravenous fluids are given for severe dehydration, vomiting and hyperemesis in pregnancy. This is done the same way as above.
