If your account has an overdue balance, you will receive a text message advising you of the amount owing.

Overdue accounts that remain unpaid after a reminder may be referred to a debt collection agency. Any outstanding balance over $50 must be paid on the day of your appointment to access our services, unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in advance.
