Health Improvement Practitioners help navigate difficult processes and assist with mental and behavioural support. They provide help and support through the public health organisation and Awhi Ora, which is a free of charge local service that can help through difficult times in your life. They will help and find support for stress, grief, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, alcohol & drugs, chronic pain and many other mental health conditions. They will help you at difficult times and provide practical support for daily living.
