ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENTS
- Overdue Accounts:

owing over $50, unless it’s an emergency. - Arrange to pay outstanding
fees, such as setting up auto-payment. - Casual patients with
outstanding balances must either pay the amount owed or visit their
registered clinic/doctor or Auckland ED (if residing within the DHB).

- Prepayments:
- Required for Aclasta, iron
infusions, vaccines, ACC and Medical X-rays and other procedures if owing
over $50. - Blood tests for
non-residents are not funded except for urgent tests. Swabs and urine
tests for non-residents require prepayment before sending to the lab. - Must prepay for visits if
owing over $50, unless it’s an emergency. - Casual patients (residents,
non-residents/visitors) must prepay for after-hours care. - COVID-related care is not
funded; normal medical charges apply.

- A $5 administration fee
applies to accounts unpaid within 7 days. - A payment reminder will be
sent via text after 30 days of an overdue account. - After 90 days, a $30
administration fee will be charged, and the account may be referred to a debt collection agency if no prior payment arrangement is made.

- A two-hour notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, a $10 fee will apply for Non-attendance.
- Refunds Policy:
- No refunds will be provided for consultations, consumables, vaccines, X Rays and orthotics unless previously discussed at reception.

- Fees are expected at the end of a consultation and after any other service. Fees may vary due to the time taken and materials used.
- Accepted Methods: Cash, EFTPOS, credit card
