Making a Booking

You can choose the doctor you prefer to see. If you do not find a suitable time, or if you don’t find an appointment with the doctor, then please ring us as we may have a same day/urgent appointment slot available. If an appointment is unavailable but your medical problem is urgent you can still walk in and wait to be seen by a doctor. You can request to be seen by a specific doctor if time allows but you may wait longer at times. We aim to see within 45 minutes.

It is advisable to see the same doctor for patients with long term complex problems for continuity of care and to avoid delays as it takes extra time to read through your notes if you see a different doctor.

You may need to see different doctors if you need specific procedures. Please see our services or you can ask our friendly reception staff.

Please arrive on time. Fees do apply for missed appointments or late (over 1 hour) notice of cancellation.

Longer Appointments

Please book double appointments for, Minor surgeries, skin checks, steroid injections, Medical certificates, Insurance forms, Long term contraception, Multiple/complex medical problems. The first visit to the clinic after enrollment requires 30 minutes of the appointment time. Over 15min consultations will have extra charges.

Extra Charges

Longer appointments and extra services/specialist referrals will incur extra fees. Please see our fees guide.

Nurse Appointments

Scheduled Vaccines (except 6-week baby check), Cervical smear, blood pressure checks, cardiovascular risk screening, diabetes checks and wound dressing changes(Doctors fee for consultation for wound review applies) are booked with the nurse. Six-week checks/Travel vaccines or Non-scheduled vaccines, 1st visit for Liquid Nitrogen treatment needs a doctor’s assessment first.

Once you arrive

Once you are in the clinic, check in at reception. Please alert the receptionist if you are feeling very unwell, in severe pain, bleeding, had a head injury, having chest pain, very unwell child or are having breathing problems. We will give a higher priority to small children with a high fever.

We always try to avoid delays. However, sometimes, without prior knowledge, a patient will require extra time with the Doctor – we hope you will understand should this occur at your visit. Our receptionists will keep you informed and reschedule your time if required.

Please let the receptionist know whether the visit is accident related or not. If you are not sure here are some instances where an injury will be covered under ACC. The visit, investigations and treatment will be free or cheaper if it is under ACC.
