We are available for a phone or a video consult from 8.30 to 5.30pm when booked with a GP

This is not a service we provide for urgentcare/walk-in patients.

Enrolled patients have the option to book an appointment with a doctor.  

Non-enrolled patients cannot request a virtual consult.

How to book or join 

Once you have booked an appointment, one of the doctors will call you for the consultation. If you wanted to make it a video consultation, we will send you a link to your mobile or email to proceed to a video consultation.

Once you finish, we will send the Prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice, blood test forms directly to the Lab and email any medical certificates.
